Amazing place with free wi-fi, a tv, and 24-hour reception. The staff were helpful to my elderly parents during our first stay. I highly recommend it! I’m coming back for Christmas.

I loved how convenient it was, just a few steps away from the Bullring & Grand Central, and also a short walk to the picturesque Brindley Place, making my weekend strolls super enjoyable. my room was clean and came with free wifi, perfect for a solo traveler wanting to unwind after exploring the city.

Had an amazing stay with friends, visiting the Bullring Shopping Centre and enjoying a fun 4D cinema experience featuring Freddo and Cadbury characters. The location is super convenient for exploring the city! Just a heads-up, keep in mind that the rooms are basic and could use some updates, but everything else was great for our group getaway.

One downside was the lingering smell in the room, which was pretty unpleasant during our stay.

I had the coziest stay in my lovely room with a comfortable double bed that felt like a hug after a long day. The free Wi-Fi and big TV were perfect for unwinding, and the city views from my window were simply stunning! Every detail was clean and well-kept, creating a comforting atmosphere I didn’t want to leave.

The hotel location is pretty good, just a short walk from New Street station. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a nice flat-screen TV and free wi-fi. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room, which made mornings easier. The staff at reception were helpful when checking in. the room did feel a bit dated and could use some refurbishment. The bathroom needed some attention. there were signs of wear and tear. The shower had a slight issue, but it was manageable. not a bad experience, but there's definitely room for enhancement.

Can just recommend for a weekend break.
